Taylor Mac's A 24-Decade History of Popular Music (Concert Doc)

This riotous concert film documents New York theater legend Taylor Mac's joyous, challenging, and ostentatiously queer 24-hour musical performance. Featuring virtuoso musicians, innovative costumes, and the American myth as told by sailor's ditties, disco, and sugary pop alike.

The film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in June 2023, and was screened at the Provincetown Film Festival, Montclair Film, Frameline47 International LGBTQ Film Festival, and Palm Springs Art Center.

The film was released on Max on June 27, 2023 and can be streamed there.
